What Do You Need for the Perfect Morning?

A new survey asked Americans to name the things needed to have the “perfect morning.”  The top answers are listed here:

1.  Coffee.  Just over 50% said it’s essential.

2.  A good breakfast.

3.  Exercise.

4.  Meditation.

5.  Watching the news.

6.  Reading the news.

7.  Listening to your favorite radio show or podcast.  (Perhaps listening to Wes & Leah???)

8.  Having a glass of juice, or a smoothie.

9.  Yoga.

Nearly 75% of people polled said having more time in the morning would be a luxury and 25% said just ten extra minutes would make a big difference.

An honorable mention to sleeping in and not having to go to work since they didn’t make this list.
