We’ve all been there, you’re baking or go to make a grilled cheese only to realize all your butter is cold & hard in the fridge. Sure you could melt it a little but all you need is it to soften up not completely melt. WELL, I have the tip for you. Get a tall glass and fill it up with water, pop it in the microwave to heat up the water, then dump it out. Now you stand the butter up and put the previously heated glass over the butter for a minute and BOOM! SOFT BUTTER!!
