Gas Prices Fall, But Illinois Remains Highest Midwest

(Chicago, IL) Gas prices have fallen in Illinois, though they remain the 11th highest in the country. AAA says the average gallon of gas in the state costs $3.36, 19-cents higher than the national average…but down 3-cents from this time last week. Lake County prices come in at a lower $3.30. In Wisconsin, the average gallon of gas costs $3.03, 14-cents cents below the national average. Kenosha County comes in higher at $3.11.
