If you eat breakfast at other times other than the morning you are not alone.
In a recent survey, over two-thirds of people said they sometimes eat breakfast foods at times other than the morning and at least half are doing it regularly.
It’s the younger generation that are more likely to enjoy breakfast for dinner. 87% said it’s great in comparison to 68% of baby boomers.
80% of Americans said breakfast foods are also good for a late-night snack. This doesn’t necessarily mean we’re making pancakes or whipping up omelettes at 1:00 A.M but I’m thinking cereal probably ranks very high on the list.
