Deals For The Military For Veterans Day

There are all kinds of deals available for the military on Veterans Day.

Several restaurants, stores, and websites are offering special deals for veterans and active military personnel on Monday 11/11.

The restaurants are offering free food include:

• Applebee’s
• Buffalo Wild Wings
• CPK
• Chili’s
• Cracker Barrel
• Denny’s
• IHOP
• Golden Corral
• Red Lobster
• Red Robin.

Other offers available to Veterans and Military on Monday

• Veterans, active duty, and military spouses can get free coffee from Starbucks.
• Dunkin Donuts will be giving away a free donut for veterans and active duty.
• Everyone that gets their hair cut at Great Clips gets a free haircut card to give to a military member of any branch, including the National Guard.  Any veteran who stops in will get a free haircut or they will be given a card for a free haircut that will be good thought the end of 2019.
• Kohl’s will be offering a 30% discount on all purchases now through Monday.
• Home Depot and Lowe’s are both offering a 10% discount.
• Target has a 10% discount on one purchase in stores and online now through Monday.
• Amazon is taking $40 off the regular price of Amazon Prime for veterans and current military through Monday.  Regularly priced at $119.  this deal is also available if you already have an active Prime account.

Lastly, CYOC (Create Your Own Cheesecake and CheeseSteak) is offering active military and veterans 50% off their orders.  CYOC has locations on Rt.12 in FoxLake, at Sunset and Green Bay in Waukegan and MLK Jr. Dr. on Greenbay Road in North Chicago very close to the Navy Base.

It’s nice to see so many places making special offerings to those who serve or have served our country.
